This project management approach that was inspired by the following has produced a long list of award winning and best works that have thrived in this opportunity for student autonomy and customized education. Students that are at-risk and do not function well in a traditional highly structured classroom setting have come in after school to continue working on these projects to complete the projects on-time. Results over directed tasks become the driving force for students with artistic and design passions.
